Bryan Seaford consults to senior leaders and their teams to align talent, organizational process, and business strategy in service of business results.  He brings more than two decades of experience in human resources, finance, information technology, governance, and business management to his work.

Bryan's early career story includes several years in the restaurant industry where he learned the value of hard work, efficient operations, and the value of creating a great customer experience.  He also served in the nonprofit world, where he experienced firsthand the importance of all hands on deck during a crisis.

Bryan has worked in a variety of organizations, including small businesses, nonprofits, and large corporations, in a variety of disciplines.

Bryan holds a master's degree in human resources from Cornell University, an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte, and a bachelor's degree in communications with a public relations concentration from Appalachian State University nestled in the mountains of North Carolina.

He is also lead author on a published marketing case focused on Starbucks and its brand extension strategy, exploring the risks and rewards of brand extension, leverage, and dilution.

Bryan has held various certifications throughout his career in various disciplines, including technology, group dynamics, strategic workforce planning, and psychometric and behavioral assessments. Current certifications include: Hogan Assessment Certification, Korn-Ferry Assessment Certification, PMP (Project Management Professional), SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resource Management, Senior Certified Professional), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), WMS (Wealth Management Specialist), and CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor).

Bryan is a proud husband and father. He enjoys spending time with his family, discovering new things, and serving his community.
